6. Shipping and Delivery

TEEANDSHIRT offers shipping to supported destinations worldwide, subject to carrier availability, supplier capabilities, and applicable restrictions.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

7. Dropshipping and Third-Party Fulfillment

We use third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to prepare and ship certain products directly to customers.

As a result, the shipping origin, packaging, fulfillment location, and carrier may vary by product and destination.

We work with our fulfillment partners to process orders appropriately. However, using third-party suppliers does not remove any obligations or responsibilities that we have to customers under applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our standard voluntary return window is 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible products must meet the applicable return conditions. Customers must contact support@teeandshirt.store before returning an item and follow the instructions provided.

After the 30-day return window, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available under our voluntary return guarantee, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Order Cancellations and Changes
